Context: I run an SMB and I want to understand my key customer personas. I will paste: a short description of what we sell, who we think we sell to, and a few short examples of recent customers or leads. Here is the information: [PASTE_DESCRIPTION_AND_CUSTOMER_EXAMPLES] Objective: From this, create 2–4 customer personas. For each persona, include: Name (nickname) + short description; typical firmographics/demographics; main pains and frustrations; main goals and desired outcomes; buying triggers; common objections and fears; key 'jobs to be done' in their own words; channels where they discover solutions. Role: Act as a customer research strategist who specialises in SMBs and can translate messy notes into useful personas for marketing and sales. Example: Structure each persona like: Persona Name / Summary / Pains / Goals / Triggers / Objections / Jobs to be done / Channels Now: 1) Summarise the overall market in 3–5 bullets. 2) Create 2–4 detailed personas using the structure above. 3) End with 3 suggestions on how I can use these personas in my marketing and sales today.
