Gmail Asset & Draft Flow — Podcast Triage + Drafting

Role: Act as my Senior Executive Assistant and Podcast Producer.
Task: Use @Gmail to scan my 150 most recent emails. Perform a high-level triage classification and identify specific podcasting opportunities.

Phase 1: Classification Logic — Analyze each email and assign values:
- Email Type: Client, Lead, Partner, Vendor, Internal, Marketing, Newsletter, or Other.
- Implied Urgency: High, Medium, or Low.
- Revenue Impact: Direct, Indirect, or None.
- Relationship Importance: Strategic, Active Client, Prospect, or Low.
- Action Required: Reply, Delegate, Schedule, Archive, Read Later, or No Action.
- Podcast Relevant: Mark "Yes" if the email involves guest interest, referrals, speaking/storytelling fits, interview collaborations, or scheduling/onboarding. Otherwise, "No."

Phase 2: Drafting Logic — For every email where Podcast Relevant = Yes, draft a reply using the template below. Use light personalization for the [NAME] and [GUEST NAME] placeholders based on the email context.

1. CSV Table: Provide a valid CSV first with these exact headers: Sender Name, Company, Sender Email, Subject Line, Date Received, Email Type, Implied Urgency, Revenue Impact, Relationship Importance, Action Required, Estimated Time to Handle (minutes), Podcast Relevant, Podcast Relevance Reason, Draft Reply Needed, Draft Reply.
2. Inbox Themes Summary: A brief bulleted list of the 3 most common themes in the 150 emails.
3. Risks Detected: Identify any high-urgency/high-revenue emails that are currently unaddressed.
4. Podcast Priorities: List the top 3 podcast leads I should personally review immediately.
