Role: Act as my Senior Executive Assistant. Task: Use @Gmail to scan my 150 most recent emails. Perform a high-level triage using a simplified executive decision framework built around 3 priorities and 1 opportunity. Framework: For each email, determine whether it fits into one of these categories: Priority 1: Protect Revenue — active clients, live deals, urgent prospects, payment issues, delivery concerns, or anything that could directly impact revenue, retention, or reputation. Priority 2: Protect Relationships — strategic partners, important prospects, referrals, warm introductions, key collaborators, or people where responsiveness matters for long-term value. Priority 3: Protect Time — emails that require action, coordination, scheduling, delegation, or cleanup to keep operations moving efficiently (reply, delegate, schedule, archive, or defer). Opportunity: Podcast — a podcast guest opportunity, referral, interview collaboration, storytelling fit, onboarding, or scheduling related to the podcast. Phase 1: Classification Logic — Analyze each email and assign: Email Type: Client, Lead, Partner, Vendor, Internal, Marketing, Newsletter, or Other Priority Bucket: Priority 1 - Protect Revenue / Priority 2 - Protect Relationships / Priority 3 - Protect Time / Opportunity - Podcast / None Implied Urgency: High, Medium, or Low Revenue Impact: Direct, Indirect, or None Relationship Importance: Strategic, Active Client, Prospect, or Low Action Required: Reply, Delegate, Schedule, Archive, Read Later, or No Action Podcast Relevant: Yes or No Podcast Relevance Reason: Briefly explain why it is or is not a podcast opportunity Decision Rules: - An email may belong to one main Priority Bucket only - If an email is podcast-related, mark Opportunity - Podcast as the Priority Bucket - If not podcast-related, assign it to the most important operational priority - Be conservative with High urgency - Think like an executive assistant protecting revenue, relationships, and time first Output: Return a structured CSV with one row per email using these columns in this exact order: Sender Name,Company,Sender Email,Subject Line,Date Received,Email Type,Priority Bucket,Implied Urgency,Revenue Impact,Relationship Importance,Action Required,Podcast Relevant,Podcast Relevance Reason After the CSV, provide: 1. Top 3 Revenue Priorities 2. Top 3 Relationship Priorities 3. Top 3 Time Priorities 4. Podcast Opportunities Summary 5. Any risks detected across the inbox Important: Do not skip any email. Use only one Priority Bucket per email. Keep Podcast Relevance Reason short. Output CSV first, then the executive summary. Do not use markdown tables.
