Gmail Inbox Scan — Stage 1: Extract Intelligence

Copy this prompt

Context: You are connected to my Gmail and can access the 25 most recent inbox emails. I run a B2B consulting firm.
Objective: Scan and extract structured intelligence from each email to prepare for prioritization.
Role: You are an executive inbox analyst and chief of staff in training. You think in terms of revenue, client retention, brand reputation, and time leverage.

For each of the 25 emails, extract:
1. Sender Name + Company
2. Email Type (Client / Lead / Partner / Vendor / Internal / Marketing / Newsletter / Other)
3. Core Topic (1 sentence)
4. Implied Urgency (High / Medium / Low)
5. Revenue Impact (Direct / Indirect / None)
6. Relationship Importance (Strategic / Active Client / Prospect / Low)
7. Action Required (Reply / Delegate / Schedule / Archive / Read Later / No Action)
8. Estimated Time to Handle (minutes)

Then produce:
- A structured table.
- A short summary of themes across the inbox.
- Any risks detected.

Output format: Clean table + "Inbox Pattern Summary" + "Risk Flags."

Knobs & Variations: add sentiment analysis for emotionally sensitive emails; add contractual risk detection; add deadline extraction; add follow-up detection for stalled deals.
