Requirements:
- The flow must be simple and easy to complete
- The user should be able to move from input to output quickly
- The final output should clearly explain what gets sent, to whom, when, and where
- Everything works without login; local storage is fine
Success Metrics:
- % of users completing the full setup flow
- % of users saving a distribution setup
- % of users reusing a saved setup
- % of users generating a usable output
Out of Scope Today:
- Live integrations, advanced analytics, full CRM sync, multi-user collaboration, complex permissioning, real sending infrastructure
